The Universal Account Number (UAN) is a unique identification number assigned to employees contributing to the Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) in India. It simplifies various EPF-related processes and allows members to access their account details conveniently. Here’s how you can log in to the EPFO member portal using your UAN:

1. Visit the EPFO Member Portal:
   • Go to the official EPFO Member portal by clicking here.
2. Enter Your Details:
   • On the portal’s login page, enter the following details:
     • UAN (Universal Account Number): This is the unique number assigned to you.
     • Password: If you haven’t set a password yet, you can create one during the UAN activation process.
     • Captcha Code: Enter the characters displayed in the image.
3. Click on ‘Sign In’:
   • Once you’ve entered the required details, click the “Sign in” button.
4. Activate Your UAN (If Needed):
   • If your UAN has been recently generated, you’ll need to activate it. Follow these steps:
     • Log in to the EPFO member portal using your UAN.
     • Activate your UAN by following the instructions provided on the portal.
5. Access Your Account: UAN LOGIN
   • After successful login, you can:
     • View your EPF passbook.
     • Update your KYC information.
     • Download/print your UAN card.
