To download your PAN card in India, there are a few very simple steps involved for ease of process.
Step 1: Official Site Visit – You can visit either the NSDL site or the UTIITSL site. The official sites for getting PAN services are www.tin-nsdl.com and www.utiitsl.com. These websites are genuine and provide reliable services for downloading the PAN card.
Locate the download option: You will see sections of PAN service on your homepage. There will be options like ‘download e-PAN’ or ‘reprint PAN Card.’ Click on the one you want.
Fill in the details: You will need to fill up all your personal details, which may include a PAN number, date of birth, and the rest of the information, which includes the name and mobile number. Please ensure accuracy so you do not make any mistakes.
Authentication: Once you have filled in your details, you would be prompted to authenticate. This would have been done through an OTP that was sent to the number you had registered while making the application. Just enter the OTP and proceed.
Download e-PAN : Once the authentication is done, you can download your e-PAN in PDF format. Save it safely on your device.
You can take a print out of the e-PAN card if you want to use it physically. Though the e-PAN is acceptable and can be utilized at any place for financial transactions.
