Artificial intelligence is more than a futuristic idea; it is a part of our everyday lives, changing how we do everyday tasks. Whether it’s chatbots, like ChatGPT, recommendation systems on Netflix, self-driving vehicles, or the millions of other uses of AI, the world is changing because of how we interact with computers.
AI creates systems that mimic the tasks that human beings do. They can learn, and solve problems and, like a human being, can in theory be creative. These systems can analyze data more fast than any human ever can and in ways that no human has ever been able to do. For instance, in the medical field, AI helps in diagnosing problems and even predicting what medical problems could arise in the future.
AI is making the business world more efficient and effective. It is changing customer service, making supply chains run more smoothly and in the background it even makes data driven decisions that could make the company thrive. It assists in R&D, making scientific and research breakthroughs that no human could do by helping humans analyze the data.

There are plenty of positive aspects that Artificial Intelligence comes with; however, not everything is positive, as job loss, privacy issues and ethical concerns come as a package with AI. The responsability falls on society to use AI in positive and constructive ways.
Having said that AI is changing the world as we know it. It is and will continue to open new frontiers that need to be explored with caution to ensure an equitable outcome.
